(a) No person, without lawful authority, shall commit any act that places or causes to be placed any building material, landscaping material, fencing, dirt, rubbish, snow, vehicle or obstruction of any kind within seven feet of any fire hydrant, public or private, so as to interfere with the accessibility or visibility of such hydrants.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 08-09. Passed 4-13-09.)
