913.07 INSPECTION AND NOTICE PRIOR TO STARTING WORK.

No sidewalk shall be constructed or reconstructed until an inspection has been made and line and levels are authorized by the Public Works Director. Notice shall be given to the Public Works Director not less than one and not more than two business days prior to starting the work on any sidewalk.
