1523.01 ATTENDANTS TO SUPERVISE OPERATION AND TO BE TRAINED.

(a) Each filling station offering self-service shall be under the direct control of an attendant at all times when gasoline or other flammable liquids are being dispensed or sold.

(b) It shall be the responsibility of the operator of the filling station to see that all attendant employees are properly trained in handling emergencies of flammable fuel type.
