1501.07 ACTIONS AGAINST VIOLATORS.

Upon request of the Fire Chief or other designated Fire Safety Inspector, the Municipal Solicitor shall institute and prosecute any necessary action or proceeding to enforce this chapter or Ohio R.C. Ch. 3737.
