1501.02 PURPOSE AND TITLE.

(a) The purpose of the Fire Prevention Code as adopted herein is to prescribe minimum standards and regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion.

(b) The regulations as set forth in this chapter shall be known as the Municipal Fire Prevention Code of Waterville and may hereafter be referred to as “the Code” or “the Fire Code”. (Ord. 13-16. Passed 8-22-16.)
