(a) There is hereby established a Logo for the Municipality of Waterville to be used on stationery, equipment and other public displays.
(b) The design of such logo shall be as depicted and provided for in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby made part of this ordinance as if copied verbatim herein.
(c) Use of the logo established in this Section by other than staff members of the Municipality in the normal course of their duties shall only be with the approval of the Council.
(d) The Logo, the design of which is covered by this Section, shall not be used as a substitute for any seals of the Municipality which shall be used on documents and attestations executed by Municipal officials.
