In accordance with the following, it is hereby declared that the several provisions of this chapter are separable.
(a) If any court of competent jurisdiction determines any provision of this chapter to be invalid, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this chapter specifically included in the court’s judgment order.
(b) If any court of competent jurisdiction determines any provision of this chapter to be invalid as applied to any particular sign, such determination shall not affect the application of such provision to any other sign not specifically included in the court’s judgment order.
