1315.05 SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE.

Every sign and all parts thereof, including framework, supports, background, anchors, and wiring systems, shall be constructed and maintained in compliance with the applicable building, electrical, and fire prevention codes. All signs and all parts thereof shall be kept in a good state of repair and maintenance.
