An applicant for a permit, or his authorized agent, may appeal to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals concerning any ruling or any interpretation of this Building Code as made by the Building Official or Municipal Administrator. Hearings on such appeal shall be as prescribed in § 7.03
of the Charter and other ordinances.
