1311.47  ADVICE OF MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR AND BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS.
   The Municipal Administrator and the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals shall act in an advisory capacity to the Building Official, his assistants, and Council.
