Applications for permits shall also be accompanied by a plot diagram in a form and size suitable for permanent filing with the permit record. At his discretion, the Building Official may require that this diagram be drawn accurately to scale. The plot diagram in any case shall show clearly by dimensional figures the size and location of all proposed new construction and its relation to other existing or proposed structures on the same lot and other structures on adjoining property. It shall show clearly the location of the septic tank and catch basin, indicating the size of the tank and catch basin and the location and size of the pipe through which effluent will be discharged, as well as proposed means for disposal of effluent. In the case of demolition or removal of a building or structure, the plot diagram shall show such construction as is to be demolished or removed and all existing buildings and structures that are to remain.
