Applications for permits shall be accompanied by such drawings of the proposed work, drawn to scale, including, when necessary, floor plans, sections, elevations, and structural details, as the Building Official may require. Applications for permits for public, institutional, business, storage, and residence buildings, other than single-family dwellings, shall be accompanied by complete plans and specifications. Such plans and specifications shall bear the signed approval of a registered architect or an engineer licensed under Ohio law.
