SECTION 10.04 ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS.

If a majority of the qualified electors of the Municipality voting upon a proposed Charter amendment vote in favor of the amendment, it shall become effective at the time fixed in the amendment, or thirty (30) days after its adoption by the voters.
