The full name of all candidates nominated for elective offices shall be printed on the official ballot without party designation. If two (2) candidates with the same surname or with names so similar as to be likely to cause confusion are nominated, the address of their places of residence shall appear with their names on the ballot. The names of all candidates shall be rotated on the ballot as provided by law. If voting machines are used, the names shall be rotated by precincts, as provided by law.
