1135.01  PERMITTED USES.
   In the R-2 Residence District no premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or used except for one of the following purposes:
   (a)   Any use permitted in the R-1 Residence District.
   (b)   Two-family dwellings.
      (Ord. 431. Passed 9-4-63.)
