(a) Whoever violates any of the regulations provided for pursuant to Section 957.01 shall be subject to ejection from municipal parks for the first offense, and is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each subsequent offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Ejection from parks as provided in this section shall be accomplished by any municipal police officer on oral or written complaint by the Director of Recreation.
(b) Whoever violates Section 957.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
