Yard waste shall be placed at the curb or berm of the street or alley in paper yard waste bags not exceeding fifty pounds in weight. An official Waterville curbside yard waste sticker shall be affixed to the bags. The bags shall not be placed within the right-of-way of the street or alley for collection more than 24 hours prior to the time scheduled for pick-up. In no case shall yard waste be placed for collection in such a position as to be within the traveled portion or berm of the street or alley. The fee for curbside yard waste stickers shall be as determined from time to time by Council.
