953.05 FRANCHISE FOR MUNICIPALITY'S CONTRACTOR.

All residential solid wastes shall be collected and disposed of by the Municipality or its authorized contractor. Commercial and industrial establishments may contract for service beyond the limits provided by municipal forces or under any contract for such service currently in effect or in effect at any subsequent time.
