953.04 UNCOLLECTED OR DUMPED WASTES.

Fermenting, putrefying, or odiferous solid wastes uncollected or dumped on the ground shall be declared a nuisance, and the persons responsible shall be liable to prosecution under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3767.13 et seq.
