937.03  EXTENSION OF SEWER MAIN LINES.
   (a)   Extensions Required to Serve New Subdivisions and Other Developments. All developments shall be required to extend sewer main lines across the full width of the development lot (defined by plat or lot of record) in such an alignment that it can be extended to the next property. Properties already served by sewer mains shall not be required to install additional facilities unless:
      (1)   The current lines are not of adequate capacity to serve the proposed development; in which case the developer will be required to install adequate facilities.
      (2)   The current lines are not of adequate capacity to serve the zoning of a property that has been rezoned to a more intense use since the time of the original utility installation.
   (b)   Extensions to New Construction or Existing Dwellings. All extensions of sewer mains to new construction or existing dwellings require prior approval by Council.
