937.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   (a)   "Sanitary sewer" means a sewer that carries liquid and water carried wastes from residences, commercial buildings, industrial plants and/or institutions, together with minor quantities of ground, storm, and surface waters that are not admitted intentionally.
   (b)   "Sewer main" means a conduit or pipe that carries sanitary sewer, wastewater and/or sewerage.
   (c)   "Sewer service tap" means individual connection to a sewer main that provides sanitary sewer service to an individual residence or business; and conforms to all applicable requirements of Chapters 935 and 937.
   (d)   "Main extension" means the purchase and installation of additional sewer main that is of the same size and material of that which it is connected to; expanding the sanitary sewer collection system and constructed in conformity with the requirements of Chapters 935 and 937, and all other requirements as stipulated by the Municipality (Ord. 10-96.
