SECTION 4.01 CREATION.

The position of Municipal Administrator is hereby created. He shall be the chief fiscal officer of the Municipality, and shall have the duties, powers and responsibilities herein set forth, and shall be appointed by Council. The first Municipal Administrator shall be appointed within one hundred and twenty (120) days after January 1, 1968.
