933.02 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:

   (a)   "Water main" means a conduit or pipe that carries potable water suitable for drinking.

   (b)   "Water service tap" means an individual connection to a water main that provides water service to an individual residence or business; and conforms to all applicable requirements of Chapters 931 and 933.

   (c)   "Main extension" means the purchase and installation of additional water main that is of the same size and material of that which it is connected to; expanding the water distribution system and constructed in conformity with the requirements of Chapters 931 and 933, and all other requirements as stipulated by the Municipality.
