931.13 CERTAIN CHARGES WAIVED.

The Municipal Administrator is hereby authorized to waive any water and sewer charges that have resulted from discrepancies between the readings on a remote water meter and an inside water meter and that have been aggravated by the lack of a meter inspection program.
