In addition to rates for water usage, each customer shall pay the services as determined from time to time by Council for the following services:
(a) To turn on new service other than at the time of installation, or to restore service at a location where service previously existed but was not shut off as the result of a delinquency during regular hours of operation by the Municipality.
(b) When a service call must be rescheduled due to a tenant or owner not appearing for a scheduled appointment with the Water Department.
(c) To turn on new service other than at the time of installation, or to restore service at a location where service previously existed but was not shut off as the result of a delinquency after regular hours of operation by the Municipality.
(d) To turn on service after it was shut off as the result of a delinquency.
(e) To provide service to a customer at a location whereby the cause for shut off of service was due to neglect, accident or any other action of the customer.
