(a) From the face of the curb to the property line of the parcel for which a curb cut permit is requested, an approach shall be installed prior to occupancy, which approach shall be of the same material as the existing curb. Such approach shall be installed to a depth sufficient to yield strength equivalent to six inches of concrete of 4-1/2 bag mix.
(b) The grade of the approach shall be 1/4 inch per foot through the sidewalk. The grade and location of sidewalks shall be determined by the Municipal Administrator.
