907.15 EMERGENCIES.

Nothing in this Chapter shall prohibit the immediate trimming or removal of a public tree due to a life threatening or otherwise serious emergency situation. In such circumstances, application shall be made for a permit as specified in Section 907.06 as soon as practical. A replacement tree as provided in Section 907.14(g) may be required at the discretion of the Tree Commission.
