711.01 DEFINITION.

For the purpose of this chapter "drive-in restaurant" includes all establishments where prepared food is sold at the vehicle of patrons on the property of the restaurant operator, but excluding grocery stores, bakeries, businesses limited to the sale of ice cream, or similar businesses.
