705.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 705.01 to 705.06 shall, for the first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, and for each subsequent offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense.
