705.17 APPLICABLE LAW.

The Municipality and the company agree to abide by the rules established by the Cable Communications Act of 1984, the Federal Communications Commission, the United States Congress, and any other rule making body which affects the operation of a cable television system. Furthermore, both parties agree to abide by any modifications, amendments, or additions to any existing rules or any newly established rules which affect the cable television industry and its relationship with the community.
