701.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, for which another penalty is not provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
