SECTION 2.01 POWERS.

Except as prohibited by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Ohio or restrained by this Charter, the Municipality shall have and may exercise now and in the future all municipal powers, rights, privileges, and immunities of every name and nature.
