The board of trustees shall consist of the Village President and six (6) trustees elected from the village at large. The board of trustees shall be the sole judge of election and qualifications of its own members. In case any vacancy shall occur in the office of trustee by death, resignation, removal or other cause, such vacancy shall be filled in accordance with the laws of the state. (1999 Code § 2.02; amd.
