Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense, not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a second offense, and not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a third or any subsequent offense of this chapter. In no event shall such fine exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), pursuant to subsection 1-4-1A of this code. (Ord. 2006-05, 4-11-2006)
