5-1-7: ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES; OFF HIGHWAY MOTORCYCLES:
No person may operate an all terrain vehicle or off highway motorcycle within the Village limits. This section shall not prohibit the transport of such all terrain vehicle or off highway motorcycle by trailer or other means within or across the Village limits to an area outside the Village limits. (1999 Code § 17.07)
