4-9-1: DEFINITIONS:

All terms and phrases used herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the cannabis control act ; except the term "person" is limited to natural persons who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or more. (Ord. 2016-05, 10-11-2016)
