3-2-9: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
Licenses issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked by the mayor after notice given in writing setting forth specifically the grounds of the complaint for any of the following causes:
   A.   Any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for license.
   B.   Conviction of any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in connection with the selling of goods, wares, service or merchandise.
   C.   Any violation of this chapter. (1999 Code § 6.04)
   D.   Conviction of the licensee of any felony or misdemeanor within the past five (5) years.
   E.   Conviction of any crime involving stalking, burglary or moral turpitude, or status as a registered sex offender. (Ord. 2006-03, 3-14-2006)
