§ 50.11 CURBSIDE RECYCLING.
   (A)   In addition to the services rendered to the town, National Serv-All will now begin the curbside collection of recyclables and will provide recyclable bins to each of the residences for that purpose.
   (B)   The recyclables will be collected on alternating Fridays.
   (C)   The recycling tub to be provided by National Serv-All shall be two 18-gallon recycling tubs for each residence with the yellow tub being for cans, glass, aluminum foil, and pie pans as well as plastics #1 and plastics #2. The brown recycling tub is for fiber related products such as newspapers, paper, cardboard, cereal boxes, magazines and glossy insert ads.
   (D)   Styrofoam products, plastic wrap or bags or plastics other than plastics #1 or plastics #2 and phone books are not recyclable and are not permitted in the tubs and will not be collected by National Serv-All.
   (E)   That commencing on Apri1 l, 2004, the amount of $2.50 per month shall be collected per residence, mobile home, manufactured home for such service. The fees collected shall be deposited into the appropriate town fund.
