No person shall, at any time, smoke any tobacco, tobacco related products, fillers or other plant or weed in any public building owned or occupied by the town or its departments. This prohibition applies to Town Hall, the Fire Barn, the Police Station, wastewater treatment plant buildings, water treatment plant buildings, Street Department buildings or any other building owned or occupied by the town.
