§ 37.21 POWERS.
   The Purchasing Agency shall have all the powers and duties authorized under I.C. 5-22 as amended and as supplemented, and as may be supplemented from time to time by ordinances adopted by the Town Council and rules, regulations, and policies adopted by the Purchasing Agency.
