(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in this section.
(B) Any user who violates divisions (D) or (E) of § 52.028 of this chapter may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates divisions (D) or (E) of § 52.028 of this chapter.
