A schedule of ordinance provisions subject to jurisdiction of the violations clerk under this chapter is hereby adopted by reference and on file in the office of the clerk; provided, however, the violations clerk may resolve violations under this chapter only if the agreed penalty does not exceed $50 for a violation.
