§ 36.01 VIOLATIONS CLERK; DUTIES.

   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall serve as the administrator of said Bureau and may be called the violations clerk.

   (B)   The violations clerk may accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of civil penalties of not more than $50 in ordinance violation cases, subject to the schedule prescribed in § 35.05.
