§ 35.06 DEPOT FUND AND PARK AND RECREATION FUND.
   There is hereby established a separate fund to be known as the Depot Fund and Park and Recreation Fund. The Clerk is directed to establish this separate fund on the books and records of the town, and to properly deposit receipts into this fund and make disbursements therefrom.
