§ 37.95 ESTABLISHMENT; ADOPTION.
   (A)   The dollar value of $50, below which any financial interest or value of any gratuity is not substantial and may be accepted per this policy.
   (B)   The Town Council establishes and adopts the Conflict of Interest Policy which is attached to and made a part of Ord. 2017-08.
