§ 31.41 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The Deputy Town Manager shall receive such compensation as is from time to time established by the Wage and Salary Ordinance.
   (B)   The position of Deputy Town Manager is a salaried position with management responsibilities and is not entitled to compensation for overtime.
