§ 35.17 STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
   (A)   There is hereby created a fund entitled Stormwater Improvement Project.
   (B)   All monies going into and out of this fund will only be used of the Community Development Block Grant administered through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) for the Stormwater Improvement Project.
