§ 35.16 BLIGHT ELIMINATION PROGRAM FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created a fund entitled Blight Elimination Program.
   (B)   All monies going into and out of this fund will only be used for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority Blight Elimination Program. This program also requires a separate checking account.
