§ 94.04 REPAIRS, REHABILITATION, ALTERATIONS OR ADDITIONS.
   All buildings or structures which are required to be repaired, rehabilitated, altered or are subject to an addition under the provisions of the WUBL shall be so done according to the requirements of the building codes adopted by the town and all other applicable building codes, state, county, local or otherwise.
