This chapter shall be known as the "Waterloo Unsafe Building Law" and hereby adopts by reference the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq. in its entirety, as may be amended from time to time, as the Waterloo Unsafe Building Law. For the sake of brevity, the "Waterloo Unsafe Building Law" shall be referred to in the balance of this ordinance by the acronym WUBL.
